Mark and Ryan, well done. As a fellow entrepreneur and long-time innovator in this space, two topics you discussed really hit close to home for me; 1. Fluidity-the ability for an employee or any person to choose where, when, and with whom to work in a consistent way across all workplace options from coffee shop to coworking to corporation, and 2. Increasing Market Complexity-Requires companies new to the Flexible Economy to leverage partnerships as a means of acquiring competitive expertise because it costs less, is available years faster than in-house development and allows the company to focus on its core competencies.
